Several members have reported problems with our Bill Pay program. We have contacted the Bill Pay vendor, Paytraxx, and they are work diligently on a resolution. If you need to pay a bill soon, you may try to go to the merchant's site directly to make your payment. For example, if you need to pay a Capital One bill, you can go to capitalone.com and make the payment through their site. DECU appreciates your patience in getting these problems resolved.
