Board of Directors

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dale Employees Credit Union is governed by a seven member volunteer Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is elected for three-year terms by the members of the credit union. The Board meets each month to make decisions for the credit union ranging from interest rates, lending policies, employee issues, equipment purchases, and all other aspects of managing the credit union and its policies.

Volunteer Committees

Dale Employees Credit Union also requires the assistance of a Credit Committee and a Supervisory Committee. The Credit Committee is an elected group of volunteers while the Supervisory Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors.
